We offer free 15-day returns for all online orders placed within the USA. Please note that a return shipping fee of $35 is charged for all returns shipped nation wide. Both way shipping fees starting from $70 is deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered or picked up.
 
 

Return & ExcHange terms

To qualify for a return:
  • You must be in the 15 days return period to start a return which starts from the day you received the item.
  • All items must have the original price tag, label and certificate and must be returned in the same condition as delivered by rajjewels.com
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
  • An item that is shipped with a certificate requires to be sent back with it, failure to do so will result in re-certification fee of $150 that will be transferred to the customer
Items that do not qualify for a return
  • Gift cards
  • All Clearance items are final sale
  • For hygiene purposes nose pins and hoop nose rings are final sale
  • Custom orders with engraving, special ring sizes etc. cannot be accepted for return, refund or exchange
  • Returns or exchanges will not be honored in cases where jewelry is worn or tampered with

First Step
Within one business day of receiving your return request, we email you a pre-paid, fully insured UPS label, along with instructions on how to safely pack the items

Second Step
Once ready, you can take the package to your nearest UPS location and mail it back to us.

Third Step
Your items should arrive to us in 2 business days, once we receive the items fully intact condition, we will process the refund or exchange as communicated with you beforehand.

In-Store Returns for Online PurcHase

For purchases made on www.rajjewels.com, you can return or exchange both online and in-store.
Please note that all online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at our North Carolina store. If you would like to return or exchange it at our New Jersey store, please call 1-833-228-8725 to assist you with this process.

How Do I Return My In-sTore PurcHase?

Online return policies are separate from in-store purchases. In case you're looking to exchange an in-store purchase, please call 732-283-1601. for assistance.

When Will I RecEive My Refund?

Refunds may take upto 7 business days from the time we receive the returns
From the day rajjewels.com issues the credit memo it may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank
Email confirmation will be sent to the registered email once the return is successfully completed
Zelle payments will be credited to your Zelle account immediately once we intiate the refund
PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to appear
If you have a part refund, only that respective amount will be credited back to your account after making any adjustments if applicable.
