An elegant paisley shape diamond and gemstone pendant with a drop south sea pearl on a dainty gold chain. Crafted with 18 karat yellow gold (partly rhodium plated), the pendant necklace set is completed with matching earrings that secure with a 1 mm post screw back. The slim box chain that showcases the removable diamond pendant fastens with a lobster clasp closure. The center gemstones (sapphire, ruby and emerald) can be interchanged by the wearer with a screw back.
